Located between Villa Rica and Douglasville in Douglas County sits and old broken down aircraft. Left by a local private owned airstrip, this old plane quickly became a landmark and known by travelers of US 78. Personally, I have known of it being there for roughly 20 years now, and the grass is still cut around it on occasion.
