T.C. Hogue Building

In the early 1890's a fire destroyed a large portion of Washington's downtown business district. The second building to be built after the fires was built by T.C. Hogue in 1895and the first tenant was Kramer's Meat Market. Thomas C Hogue, was a businessman and builder in Washington and Northeast Georgia.
