Lane Family Obelisk

The tallest structure in the Sunset Hill Cemetery in Valdosta. It is placed over the graves of members of the Remer Lane and Walter Lane families; one of the descendants, Mills B. Lane, was a prominent banker in Savannah. The cemetery was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
