The Samuel Lumpkin House in Lexington
One of the early residents of Lexington. Samuel Lumpkin moved there from Wilkes County and built this house as a double open log cabin sometime between 1810 and 1820. The house has been modified several times, the last being in 1920. Andy Sarge
