Mableton Depot

What is now the Silver Comet Trail runs along the former rail of the Seaboard Airline Railroad. They acquired that segment by buying the Atlanta and Birmingham Air Line Railway in 1903 and completing it the following year. This was originally the depot for Mableton. It was refurbished as part of a parking area when the trail was established in the late 90's. For the past few years, a bicycle shop occupied it.
