Sharon Baptist Church

It was established in 1799 in what is now Columbia County. It's first pastor was Abraham Marshall who had previously been pastor at Kiokee Baptist and served Sharon until his death in 1819. This building is the second church on the site and was built in 1869. Originally it was built with separate entrances, the framework for them can be seen on either side of the current entrance.
