The CSX Depot in Camak

It was originally built by the Georgia Railroad in 1898. It replaced an earlier depot. The town is named after one of railroad's founders from the 1830's, James Camak. Renovations have altered the depot, which was important because it was the junction of the lines to Augusta, Macon and Atlanta.
