This Old Unoccupied House in Walton County

It goes all the way back to the early days of the county. The county was founded in 1818. This house was probably constructed some time in the late 1820's or early 1830's, originally with a dirt floor. The chimney was originally brick as can be seen at the base. An addition was put on the side of the house around 1900.
