Near Carrollton Ga

An old pre-civil war cemetery (Laurel Hill Cemetery) in Carroll, County, GA. Many of the gravestones were unmarked and are just stones placed in the ground. This one had some hand carving on it, but I was unable to make out the words. A pencil rubbing might have helped. Someone did not want this person forgotten.
