Old house across from Lee Arrendale State Prison in Alto. The prison was a TB Hospital when it was built in 1926 and turned into a prison in the 50's. Based on the simple architecture of the house, it was probably built before 1950. It's still on state property so maybe it was a house for the doctors or nurses that worked in the hospital and later for prison officials. None of the houses on the hill appear to be occupied at this time.
