This house is 200 years old. It was moved in the 50's from downtown Milledgeville to Ennis property in SE Baldwin county. Some of that property has been in the family as part of a land grant since the Revolutionary War. I have done extensive work inside and out on this house.
Charles Ennis paid $5 for the house. He just had to pay to move it. It was cut in half from the front door to the back just to move in two pieces.
