Built in 1840 by Simon and Maria Merritt. This was originally a one story but was remodeled in 1895 by T.B. Ragan and the second story was added. Has 15 rooms with 13 foot ceilings, elaborate stairway, pocket doors, built in china cabinet, and crystal chandeliers.
