Gainesville GA
The building is now one of the Gainesville Arts Council structures and used for special events but it was built in 1914 as the Depot and offices for the Gainesville Midland Railroad. The grassy area used to be the yard for the Midland and still served as a lumber transloading facility into the 1980's. Built at the connection between it and the Gainesville Northwestern which was abandoned in 1934, The Midland no longer comes to the depot but still exists as a part of CSX. (Hall County)
