The Railway Express Agency (REA) Building in Waycross

In 1917, the USRA set up the American Express Agency to consolidate the wartime operations of a bunch of railroads express services. It was reorganized as the REA in 1929 with 86 railroads owning it. It was the Fedex of the rail industry. I can't find a date the structure was built but it was probably a little after the passenger depot was built which was 1911.
