From comparing pictures and info, I believe I found this online. It is described as a Warren pony truss bridge over the Apalachee River on Jack Glass Road. It is also called the Jerico Road Bridge and the Tom Camp Bridge. Built in 1930 by Leamon and Evans of Atlanta, it is closed to all traffic.https://bridgehunter.com/ga/walton/29750150/#Facts.
