Based on an early photo of the building showing Railroad Tracks in front of it. This might be the Commissary built in 1906. Georgia State Senator bout a small plot of land here in 1866 and built it into a farm of 30 square miles and even owned his own railroad to tack his products to Dunlap and a connection with the Georgia Railroad. Now the survivng buildings have been turned into a large events venue.
