The Seaboard Airline Railroad Freight Station in Savannah


You couldn't tell it today but about 65 years ago there were 3 or 4 tracks behind the building and workers would transload products from boxcars into trucks to deliver to customers without a rail siding. Today's FedEx and UPS are not all that much different, just faster. (Chatham County)
