Watson Mill Park, Madison County, GA

At one time this was part of the mill sluiceway. Around 1900 it was rebuilt to run a a turbine for electricity to operate the yarn mill in Crawford owned by The Jefferson Mills. This is all that remains of the turbine building. The large pipe (penstock) is about 4 feet in diameter.
