I am not sure exactly what this is but it may be a an old Seaboard Airline Freight station or maybe part of the local oil distributor in Elberton. Based on what's around it and the way the tracks came in I think it the former. Looks like it was used to load granite in and on freight cars. Looks to have been built around the end of WW2.
