Built in 1870 for Ralph Sandiford and sold in 1901 to Steamboat Captain Walton Goodbread. The Captain's family had arrived in the colonies in 1731 and fought in the Revolution, war of 1812 and the Civil War. Now the Goodbread House B&B in St. Marys.
