Italianate Victorian Built in 1872 by William Pitt Eastman


 He owned the 400,000 acre Georgia Land and Lumber Company and established the Eastman Hotel Company and Woodlawn Cemetery. He served as mayor in 1885. His daughter sold the house to Judge James Bishop Sr. in 1896. James Bishop and Cary Bulloch inherited the house in 1926. The Dodge Historical Society purchased the house in 1993.
