This old farmhouse is located next door to the modern dwelling of the current farm family. You can see a bare limb on the extreme left. There is an oak trunk and limbs left... What came immediately to mind for this "Mom" was reading "The Giving Tree" to my young son many years ago. How much shade, fun, and love was provided, so long ago, under this oak tree and the roof of this dwelling place?
