I hope this house just south of Quitman in Brooks County isn't too far gone to be saved, but it looks to be in poor condition- at least on the outside. A quick check of the public tax records online revealed that the house was built in 1900! It also listed the house as having two fireplaces & pine flooring.
Just a few short years ago there were large columns holding up the porch but they were starting to deteriorate so bad that they put the braces to support the porch, as you can see in the picture!
