C.H. Mitchell's Bar-B-Q King

This is the vacant C.H. Mitchell's Bar-B-Q King building south of downtown Valdosta. It was very popular many years ago, but has sat empty for quite a few years. I don't know if it is true, but It is rumored back in the 1970s Burt Reyolds would always make sure to stop by and eat bar-b-que here anytime he would pass through Valdosta!
