Old Chicken Place in Clarkesville

Someone can correct me but I think it was called Coble's. The breading they used on the chicken was called Flavor Crisp and they just sold it under license to the Flavor Crisp and used their pressure cooker. Much like the way Colonel Sanders started KFC.
