Ball Ground GA

Built in 1917 and restored 2014-2017. Built by treasurer of the local bank - local lore has it that it wasn't his money though, which explains why he left town shortly after it was completed, leaving it in the ownership of the bank (which then promptly went out of business). Owned by a single family since 1952.
