The End of the Crystal Springs Textile Mill in Chickamauga

Started by Daniel Jewell in 1909 Crystal Springs Bleachery produced and bleached bag goods. In 1969 the mill was sold to the Dan River Company and sold again to 3 local business men but it closed down in 2013. After all the recyclable material was removed, they began demolition.
