First African Baptist Church in Dublin

Est. 1867 - Rebuilt 1914 (This from a cornerstone. I'm not sure if the building was the First African Baptist at that time.)
On April 17, 1944 fourteen year old Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his first public speech, "The Negro and the Constitution" at this church.
