Old Ship Launch Pads

I recently saw a program on GPB called The Golden Isles at War. I learned that during WWII, Brunswick played a huge role in the war effort by building 99 Liberty Ships. Here are the remains of some of the launch pads. We had to climb through underbrush to get to them. Truly being forgotten in Glynn County.
