WA Lathem and Sons in Cherokee County‎

With so many of these old properties in danger of being torn down, here is a success story. When I moved here about five years ago, this old store was vacant. With new owners, they’ve managed to restore it to it’s old grander. The sign on top was added to look like the original which I will post in comments.
