My late father, James L. Kelley, Sr., is on the back row third from the right. Take a closer look at the fella standing of the right side of the third row. That person is high school football player Otis Burt "Sonny" Shroyer who played the part of Deputy Enos Strate on the Dukes of Hazard television series. Lowndes County, 1973.
