Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Morgan County

It was established in 1806. The original site is now the site of a farm pond nearby. In 1900, the church was moved to the property of Weaver Academy but the property they had was too small and in 1909, the church moved to a property twice as large. Four years later the church burned and in 1915 the present structure was dedicated. In 2016, the congregation voted to demolish the old church but the owners of Hundred Acre Farm stepped in and acquired the church. They moved it to their property and renovated it to serve as a wedding venue.
