Davisboro Baptist Church

It was established in 1877. The community had a post office since 1824 but was not incorporated until 1894. Since there is no published history on the church, one can only speculate on whether Davisboro Baptist was created from members of another church. The current structure was dedicated in 1924. Based on the architecture of the day, the steeple was probably added later.
