Children Connect in Newnan

Today this building in Newnan is known as Children Connect. Originally built in 1882 as the Male Seminary School from materials of the old Methodist Church The Male Seminary had been around since 1840 but this building replaced it. In 1888 it was decided to build a new public school on property occupied by the Seminary and it was sold at auction to W.A. Dent who moved it to it's current location and it was a residence for 86 years.
