The Harris-Vinson-Snead House in Milledgeville

 It was built in the Federal Style in 1825. It was originally on four lots with a garden and orchard. Victorian details were added sometime in the 1880's. Powerful Congressman Carl Vinson bought the house in 1927 and lived in it until his death and then his longtime assistant who was like a son to him owned the house.
