It was built in 1870. The original owners are lost too history but in 1900, Abram and Beulah Carmichael paid $1500 for the house. Abram was a successful furniture store owner and Beulah had a green thumb and had award winning flower gardens on the property. The property now houses the Senoia Historical Society Museum with many heirlooms of the Carmichaels.
