Waycross Building

This building in Ware County was constructed in two phases. The original section of the building was designed and constructed between 1911-1913. In 1935, funds were set aside to enlarge the building to house the United States District Court. A second story and side wings were added to the original building and the renovation was completed in 1936. The photo below is of the second floor courtroom. The building is currently undergoing a renovation.
