Whooping Creek Primitive Baptist Church

It was founded in 1852 by Richard Jones, a son of a Revolutionary War veteran. He and his wife had 10 children, 3 fought in the Civil War and two were killed and the third wounded. The church was inactive from the 1960's to the 1980's but has been revived and renovated. The full story is here;
