Old Kitchen at Jerrell Plantation

Interior of the kitchen at the rear of the Jerrell family home. The main house was built in 1847, and this "stove room" across a narrow breezeway was added in 1880 to replace a small log cookhouse which stood further away from the main house. Located at Jerrell Plantation State Historic Site in Jones County.
