The Old Monticello High School

 It was built in 1922 and also known as the old elementary school. It was built on the grounds of the old Monticello Academy and was the first countywide school in Jasper County. It was designed by Monticello native Henry Hunter Jordan. The high school moved to a new building. It is still in use today for other purposes.
