Curious

Not forgotten at all. Just curious for information. This little structure has been built over the past year or so. It is located in Pierce County not far from Offerman beside Hwy 84. Asked someone who lived near by and they didn't have a clue what it is. Asked someone else and they said they heard it was a prayer chapel for travelers. Does anyone know the rest of the story???
