Enterprise Steam Traction Engine in a Crawford County Field

This engine was made circa 1912 by the Frick Company of Waynesboro, PA. Aspiring farmers would acquire these to diversify their operations to power cotton gins and sawmills. Note the gas engine behind the tractor - their purpose was the same.
