The Ainsworth Blunt House in Dalton

It was built in the Federal Style in 1848. Ainsworh Blunt was a mayor and postmaster for Dalton and also a major force for establishment of the First Prebyterian Church in Dalton. During the Civil War, it served as an HQ for a Confederate General and later a Union hospital.
