Sandy Cross Baptist Church in Taliaferro County

It was established in 1875 by some families who did not want the long buggy ride into Crawfordville or over to Raytown. I do not think this is the first sanctuary but was built around the time Sandy Cross Methodist was built in the 1890s. I have found no other history on the church.
