Unfinished Restoration in Dekalb County

This stately home was built in 1916 a short distance outside of Atlanta in an old-growth forest known as Fernbank Forest. In the 1980s, the property was deeded to the Fernbank Science Center and used for staff services. Today, the Hodgson house remains partially gutted from an unfinished restoration.
