Simmons-Bond Inn in Toccoa
From a sign on the wall: Circa 1903, architect Levi Prater built this house for James Bollinger Simmons, who pioneered the furniture industry in Toccoa. Built in the asymmetrical 1900's Victorian style, this home retains many original features, including oak floors, staircase, paneling, stained glass windows, and iconic columns. It is now a bed and breakfast. Paul Bridges
