I looked up the listing on the property - built 1900, 14 acres which still has the old house and some small barn and chicken house structures. It was a working farm but the pastures are now wooded. Has a creek and a pond. They list the house and structures as having no value )-: Sale is pending. I hope someone is planning their dream country home and not a subdivision, bc the surrounding area is developed.
