Jimmy Carter

Got this original photo of our beloved Jimmy Carter as Governor and Commander in Chief of GA National Guard, 1971-75. It was taken at GA Nat Guard Center at Marietta in Cobb County. Got him to sign it Feb. 10, 2017 @ Carter Center.
