Old Ferris Wheel

A Water wheel from North Georgia was purchased by an individual from Madison County in 1949. They transformed the water wheel by hand into a Ferris Wheel for the feel of an old fashion fairground, Madison County Fairgrounds. The Ferris Wheel went out of service in 1970.
